Quite a special evening for the Stockport Group last Friday. It was themed around ‘energy in pursuit of the good’ or ‘Virya’.

Prasiddhi did a great talk on the topic, then there was time for us to have a general discussion. Mary led a meditation (such a good meditation!) and the evening concluded with a moving puja led by Sraddhatara.

There is an invitation to bring a poem for next Friday’s meeting that can be read out. There is always something special listening to a poem that someone finds moving. We will also have a meditation based on poetry .. very intriguing 😊

Next Friday is our last meeting until we resume in the new year on the 5th.
