After a series of excellent talks and discussions in previous weeks it was felt that a change of energy was needed for tonight. A more reflective evening with meditation as its theme was needed.
The evening started with a short sit to help us arrive then a very short discussion in groups around our meditation practice – issues and tips. An extended mindfulness of breathing then led us to the tea break.
After the break Dharmakasara led a seven fold puja including several readings concluding our meditative and ritual based meeting.
